EXERCISE AS MEDICINE
for mental health

What is exercise as medicine?

Exercise as Medicine means using movement in a structured, intentional way — just like a prescription — to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, & ADHD.

A measured, evidence-based approach to the treatment of anxiety, depression, & ADHD.

How does it work?

Your provider will start by reviewing your overall health, medical history, and current fitness level. Based on this, you’ll receive a personalized exercise prescription plan designed specifically for you.
